location: the hotel was so close to taxi up and down, the garden and centre of the old town. all the staff was very helpful and competent, resolved my issues. got deluxe king room with a very comfortable bed when arrived, really enjoyed that.

The location was magnificent and stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from Anne of Cleves House. the staff were all excellent and amiable. the room was stylish and functional, featuring a unique design and beautiful artworks.

We stayed at a hotel in the middle of an old town with an exceptional location, very close to a very nice cafe, perfect for breakfast and enjoying the summer house. the rooms were nicely decorated with unique details like individually styled art. Staff were attentive to our needs, and the room was clean and spacious.

Parking was limited which was quite inconvenient.

The art in the rooms was really impressive and eye-catching, making each room unique. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to give us recommendations on things to do and see in the city. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town with everything within walking distance. We also really enjoyed the private garden and summer house, a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

The absence of a restaurant at the hotel was a bit inconvenient, but there were plenty of great options nearby. , the lack of a reliable internet connection made it difficult to stay in touch with loved ones back home.

We had an incredible time during our romantic escape at this hotel. the attention to detail was amazing. the unique styled rooms with different art pieces made it feel like a private gallery. the location was perfect for a romantic getaway. the hotel was surrounded by beautiful gardens and the entrance was quite unique. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the garden area, especially in the evening. the breakfast was lovely with a variety of choices to suit different tastes.

The only thing that could have been better was the parking. Though it was a few minutes walk away, it was not well lit and not convenient in the dark.

Although the ambiance was lovely and the snack bar was available, it would have been nice to have some sort of entertainment or music to heighten the overall experience.
